So I just recieved the third Black Mages album today in my mail. It is called Darkness and Starlight (references to Aria di Mezzo Carattere, and is also the title track on this album).

And the album just blows my mind. It is an absolute wonderful piece of work and I applaud all the work the band has put into this.

Procrastination At Its Best

So right now I am doped up on like Red Bull and Coke because I have to do a paper on a poet, which is due several hours from now.

I haven't been able to do it because lack of internet prevented me from doing actual research, and I don't really have time to be hanging around school all day in the library.

Of course not the first time I do this. I should say my extensive nightly hours first started back when I was enrolled at New England Institute of Art in Boston (technically Brookline). I used to spend nights in the studios working on crap. Then I have classes in morning, Then I sleep after that.

And I guess it has grown on to me. face it, I am a college student. I spend my days up all night and sleeping during the day when I can.

And Meaghan always wondered why I sleep all the time. :P

Pokemon Trainer Sprites

So I make custom trainer sprites for fun. Started out for a "fanfic" so to speak, and then I just made more. I have made myself as a gym leader, then I made more characters. Figured to share some with you guys.

Volar and Juana

Volar - Dark Gym Leader of the Frontier League (Wifi League I created for a forum I moderate on, BZPower)

Juana - Volar's special friend and a master at Steel type. She yearns to be a Pokemon Professor one day.

Taylor

Taylor is Juana's older brother, and specializes in Dark and Ghost types. He leads the Edge Alliance.

Lilian "Lily"

Lily is the leader of the Storm Agency, a group of neutral trainers who protect the world from evil using ancient Pokemon. She is also a member of the Edge Alliance. She specializes in Psychic type.

Kacey

Kacey is a friend of Taylor's, and is a member of the Storm Agency. He does not specialize in a certain type. He is seen as a harsh person.

Lord Rupture

Rupture is evil. He specializes mainly in Dragon type.

The Storm Agency

Just came back home from Boston.

First things first: FUCK YOU MICHIGAN!

Anyways I spent Thursday and Friday with Meaghan. Friday we went to Downtown Crossing in Boston to find a fabric store but was unable to locate it, even after calling up Astro (my apologies if I woke you up, you sounded pissed :P ) for directions. So after much heat and frustration, we went to Chinatown instead for McDonalds. :D

And then she wanted pork buns. And when she bought them, we found a fabric store. But sadly it didn't have her fabric. Then we went back to her place and just relaxed and watched House of Flying Daggers.

And then I drove home. The Pike is full of idiots.

Figured to post some pics of my long progress.

As you can see, I am nowhere to completion with the zeppelin portion, since I have to finish covering the top and then the bottom with the black smoooooth angled wedges, and then rearrange them to get rid of the gaps.

I also have some pieces to make Setzer, Celes, Locke, and Shadow minifigs.

So it seems Otakon is strict on their weapons policy, and my gun falls right under their category of weapons no allowed.

So this means I have 2 weeks to craft a gun of wood or styrofoam. And I can't do that. :(

If anyone has that magical ability of crafting weapons, I would so love you forever, and even pay for all materials to make it.
